Why there is new version?
Teleroute has developed a new version of its FX listening carefully to demands from customers, creating a smarter, simpler and faster version including also breakthrough new features that will allow you to save time and make more money.
When will it be launched/available for me?
Teleroute will start begining of X to migrate all the customers until X. It will depend on your current product status or your location. If you want to be migrated before receiving any notification from us, please contact our customer care.
How will it affect my previous user experience?
The new Teleroute is a totally renewed Teleroute, but we have done ergonomic studies in order to improve your user experience. Also we have created support material which explains in detail the next item.
How will you help me getting familiar with these changes so that I can work as usual?
We have created a special landing page new.teleroute.com with How To’s to explain you in detail all the new things. You can also contact our local customer care here, for fast and expert assistance.
What new-added values does Teleroute offer me?
The new version apart will incorporate brand new features exclusive in the freight exchange environment. You will find them explained on the Landing Page new.teleroute.com . Throughout the year there will be will be several new releases with further enhancements.
Do I have to pay more for the new version?
No. At the moment of the upgrade you will continue with your current fee and price model. Later you will have the opportunity to change your price model depending on your needs.
How will I migrate to the new version?
You will receive communication before your upgrade and with your existing login you will access the new Teleroute through the new login page teleroute.wktransportservices.com
Will my data (contacts, freights, searches) be automatically transferred to and remain in the new version?
All your data into TActive or TPro as Contacts in address book, Online & Historical offers (from the last 2 months), available Freight Searches and Search & Offer Templates and SMS sent will be migrated and transferred to the new version.
Could I still log into the old version after the migration?
No. You will only have access to the new version.
What are the new functionalities available in the new version?
There will be new innovative features as:
• Company directory
• Match alerts
• Smart search
And coming later:
• Create your own freight exchange
• Transport Costs

Are there current functionalities missing in the new version?
No, all the functionalities in the old version have been included in the new Teleroute, but you will find them in different places.

What is the connection with the Community Manager?
Teleroute Freight Exchange is fully connected with our Community Manager. You can access Community Manager from an offer or clicking in the Teleroute logo, WKTS admin will appear in the drop down menu.

How to disable /enable notification on Chrome:
In order to be able to receive freight alerts in Chrome, notifications need to be allowed in Settings - Content Settings - Notifications
In case you have enable and you don't want to receive more notifications and you have marked the third option: Do not allow any site to show destop notifictions you could click on Manage Exceptions and Allow or Block
