How to post freight on Teleroute

The following is a detailed guide on how to post a freight offer on Teleroute.
How to enter
Enter in the “Freight Exchange” environment
If you are a new user, In the “Community Manager” menu you will see the “Freight Exchange” option. This is the entry point for posting your freight.
Click on the “Post Freight” option on the top menu
There are different ways to post your freight. The easiest one is via the top menu. Once inside the freight exchange, click on the “Post Freight” option.
Route details
Enter the “Origin” and “Destination” point
When you start typing, the city will be recognized and completed automatically, and the postal code will be assigned for more accuracy.
Enter the “Loading” and “Delivery” dates
A dropdown calendar will appear. You can also enter the exact loading and delivery times.
Load description
Add a description of your load
On the right side of the page, you can make your posting as detailed as you wish by adding more parameters that you consider important, such as “Type of goods”, “Type of truck” or “Equipment”. Make sure to tick the “Pallets” box if your goods are palletized. You can also state the weight and length of your freight offer.
Post your offer
If this is the only freight offer you wish to publish, click on the “Post offer” box. If you want to continue and add more offers, click on the “Post offer and create another one” box. Then all the fields will be reset so that you can add your next offer. You will see a blue message on the top bar to show that your offer has been successfully created.
Tips and unique features
Create a template
If you wish to post freight that you expect to offer repeatedly, check the “Create template” box and give your template a suitable name, so you don’t have to retype it the next time. When you click on “Create template”, the template is saved and your freight offer is posted at the same time.
Who saw my offer
By clicking on the "eye" icon, you can access the "who saw my offer" function. This shows you which companies have looked at your posting in detail and enables you to proactively contact them, since you can access their company name, phone number, email address and more.
Matching offers
Based on your posting, on the right of your screen you will see a list of suggestions for available transport companies matching your search criteria. This way you can proactively contact them and increase your chances of finding a good match.
Customize your posting
On the Teleroute platform, you can very easily edit your offer to add or remove information, or delete your offer. If you are waiting for confirmation from a potential partner, we recommend that you deactivate the offer. If you have an offer that has dropped down on your list, you can click the “Uplift” button and your posting will automatically go to the top, where it will be shown first in searches. Remember to delete your offer once you’ve found a carrier, as otherwise you are likely to keep receiving calls from interested transporters.
