The Teleroute platform also gives you direct access to offers on Wtransnet and 123cargo, the leading freight exchanges in Spain, Portugal and Eastern Europe. In order for a new user to be granted access to Teleroute and to ensure safety on our platform, we must first collect some official documents such as a transport licence, a VAT identification number, proof of insurance, etc. Contact us for more information on all the necessary documents.

 

In addition to our business verification procedure for every Teleroute member, we provide objective customer ratings. All users are rated based on their activity on Teleroute and their payment history. Our debt mediation service also supports transport companies in case of a dispute. Furthermore, there is now a Payment Guarantee service by which carriers are guaranteed to be paid for their transport invoices.

Teleroute only facilitates deals and does not intervene in transport rates. Rates can be calculated and negotiated individually and are not set by us. That is fully between you and your business associate.

This depends on the payment terms you agreed upon with your business associate. Teleroute has no control over that, but we do offer a debt mediation service in case of a dispute. Additionally, we offer a Payment Guarantee service that offers you guaranteed payment of your transport invoices.

Yes, carriers can now use the TelerouteMobile app to access all the functionalities of our freight exchange and to make transport deals on the go. The app is available for both Android and iOS.

You can easily log on to Teleroute from anywhere, all you need is a computer with a recent web browser and Internet access. Our freight exchange is also accessible anywhere, anytime via the TelerouteMobile app for carriers.
